New Italian restaurant located in Playa Vista

Superfine Playa is a new Italian restaurant located in Playa Vista, California. The restaurant is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Steve and Dina Samson, who are also the owners of several other popular restaurants in Los Angeles, including Rossoblu, Sotto, and Superfine Pizza.

Superfine Playa is a California-meets-Italy osteria, serving up light and bright Italian dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu features a variety of small plates, pizzas, pastas, and entrees, all of which are made to order.

I had the opportunity to dine at Superfine Playa recently and I was very impressed with the food. The dishes were all delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Superfine Playa to anyone looking for a great Italian restaurant in Playa Vista.

• The spaghetti with clams and white wine sauce was perfectly cooked and the sauce was flavorful and not too heavy.
• The grilled branzino with roasted vegetables was a delicious and healthy main course.
• The chocolate budino with hazelnut crumble was the perfect way to end a meal.
